1. To ensure we get all your information, please complete our online booking form.

2. We will be in contact and advise if there is any more information we require. At the same time we will organise a quote for your move.

3. We issue a quote, if you accept, we book it in with no payment required until a week prior to the commencement of the relocation.  

4. We issue a confirmation with all details and an itemised invoice.

5. Once payment is made, we send you an itemised receipt for your reimbursement/acquittal with Toll.

Quote request

Shortly after you have submitted our online form, we will be in contact to confirm all the details are correct to ensure a smooth relocation for you and your furry friends. It may take us a day to get back to you, but rest assured we are working on your request.

Our quotes will be issued all inclusive and itemised. It takes a day or two to get our quote to you but we will go above and beyond to determine an accurate price for you. We will use actual flights schedules (if available), boarding availability, and choose a crate for your pet based on their specific breed, for the weight that you provide.

 

BOOKING

If you are happy with your quote, you can go ahead and book it in right then and there, even if your dates aren't 100% confirmed. You can simply reply to our quote email stating that you wish to proceed. There is no payment required to book in. At this point we will let you know that we have begun the booking process.

 

CONFIRMATION

Once everything is confirmed we will issue you with a confirmation outline all the particulars of the move. 

  • Addresses and contact numbers for any collections and deliveries.

  • Flight details and maps for collections/drop off

  • Boarding dates and facility information

  • Further information that you may need

 

INVOICE & payment

Once all is confirmed we will issue our invoice to you. The due date for the invoice will be 7 days prior to the commencement of your move. Payment can be made via bank deposit or credit card - 2.5% merchant fee for credit card payments.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR MOVE

We know just how uncertain moves can be with Toll delivery dates and DHA availability. We can accomodate changes right up until the day your pets are delivered.
